Faulty Condition
- One or more components are faulty or no longer work, including but not limited to; cracked/chipped screen, buttons, ports, back glass, any other hardware/software
- Condition; may have significant signs of wear and tear or damage, including but not limited to; cracks and dents to front or rear casing
- Not bent or snapped
